Project Manager – Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage residential and commercial interior fit-out projects, including timelines, budgets, resources, and execution schedules.
Independently handle 4–5 projects simultaneously from site mobilization to final client handover, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Verify site markings, BOQs, drawings, and specifications, and ensure execution as per quality, safety, and company standards.
Monitor daily site progress, manage resources, resolve issues proactively, and ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Coordinate with clients, Site Supervisors, Design, Procurement, Accounts, Operations, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Monitor project budgets, labour, materials, vendor performance, and control project costs with minimum wastage.
Ensure quality execution, conduct snag-free inspections, maintain project documentation, and submit regular progress reports.
Identify project risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Analyze project performance, ensure client satisfaction, and complete successful project handovers within committed timelines.
Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices to enhance project quality, efficiency, and overall project delivery.
