The Interior Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing interior design and fit-out projects from initiation to completion. This includes planning, execution, vendor management, client coordination, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
· Plan, execute, and deliver interior fit-out projects as per scope and timeline.
· Prepare and monitor project schedules (MS Project/Primavera/Excel).
· Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
· Review BOQ, drawings, and material specifications.
· Ensure quality control at all stages of execution.
· Monitor budget, costs, and billing.
· Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
· Manage procurement and vendor negotiations.
· Ensure compliance with safety and statutory norms.
· Handle client communications and report progress.
· Strong knowledge of interior works (civil, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting).
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera.
· Excellent project planning and execution skills.
· Strong vendor & client management ability.
· Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing.
