PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER to join our team at Nestpro to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹70000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

• Key Responsibilities

  Electrical Project Managers are responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects. Their main duties include:

  • Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinating with other engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure the seamless integration of electrical systems.

  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.

  • Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

  • Maintaining clear and accurate project documentation and records.

  • Managing and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

  • Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track.

  • Performing quality control checks and system validations to ensure the functionality and safety of electrical installations..

Job Requirements:

Education and Certification Requirements

To qualify for a position as an Electrical Project Manager, candidates usually need the following educational background and certifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Several years of experience in electrical engineering or project management.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.

• A valid professional engineering (PE) license may also be required or preferred, depending on the complexity of the project and jurisdiction.

• Strong understanding of CAD software and other electrical design tools.

• Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, and standards related to electrical engineering.

The minimum qualification for this role is 1 - 6 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
