Key Responsibilities
Planning: Create detailed project schedules, milestones, and resource allocations.

Supervision: Monitor daily site progress, manage labor, and coordinate specialized trades like MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and HVAC.
Compliance: Secure necessary building permits and enforce strict workplace safety regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
