Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹55,000 (In-hand per month, based on experience)

Job Summary:

Design House India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Interior Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end interior projects from planning to final handover. The role requires strong leadership, execution capability, vendor coordination, budgeting skills, and client management expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved design standards.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to handle turnkey retail, commercial, and residential interior projects while working with a dynamic and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute interior projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate with design team, site supervisors, vendors, and contractors
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and material procurement
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress across multiple sites
• Handle client meetings, progress updates, and project reporting
• Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and execution challenges
• Ensure timely billing, vendor payments, and documentation management
• Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project milestones

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in interior project management
• Strong knowledge of interior execution, materials, and finishing standards
• Ability to read and review AutoCAD drawings and BOQs
• Excellent project planning and coordination skills
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
