We are looking for a responsible and organized Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate all site activities efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for daily site planning, work execution, material management, and ensuring smooth project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily site work activities.

• Manage manpower and ensure work is completed on time.

• Monitor site progress and maintain quality standards.

• Handle material requirements, stock, and timely availability at site.

• Prepare next day work planning and schedule accordingly.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site staff.

• Ensure safety measures and discipline at site.

• Report daily progress updates to management.

• Solve on-site issues and maintain smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of site execution and material handling.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports, planning).

• Experience in construction/interior projects preferred.
