Job Description

Architectural Design

Develop concept and detailed architectural designs.
Prepare presentation drawings and working drawings.
Optimize space planning and functional layouts.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and project objectives.

Statutory Approvals

Prepare submission drawings.
Coordinate with authorities for approvals.
Ensure compliance with MCD Building Bye-Laws and applicable regulations.

Consultant Coordination

Coordinate with Structural Engineers.
Coordinate with MEP Consultants.
Review consultant drawings before execution.
Resolve drawing conflicts before construction.

Site Coordination

Visit the construction site regularly.
Verify execution as per approved drawings.
Issue architectural clarifications whenever required.
Coordinate with Site Supervisor and Contractors.

Quality Control

Inspect architectural finishes.
Review materials and workmanship.
Suggest corrective actions wherever required.

Documentation

Maintain drawing revisions.
Prepare architectural reports.
Record site observations.
Maintain project documentation.

Project Management

Monitor project schedule.
Coordinate with vendors and consultants.
Attend project review meetings.
Support project planning and execution.
