Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and oversee a crew of carpenters and helpers, evaluating their performance and productivity.
Project Oversight: Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to plan daily workflows and delegate tasks.
Quality & Compliance: Conduct routine site inspections to ensure structural integrity, precise finishing, and adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
Resource Management: Estimate material and labor costs, order necessary supplies, and manage inventory.
Coordination: Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and other trades to avoid delays and resolve on-site conflicts
