We are looking for a Painting Site Supervisor to oversee residential interior and exterior painting projects. The role involves supervising painters and subcontractors, ensuring quality work, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and coordinating with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise residential painting work at project sites.
Manage painters and subcontractors and assign daily tasks.
Monitor work quality and ensure timely project completion.
Maintain daily attendance, workforce, and site progress records.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project managers.
Track material usage and report site progress.
Resolve on-site issues to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

2+ years of site supervision experience in painting or construction.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of painting processes, quality standards, and site safety.
