Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office operations and administrative work

  • Coordinate with architects, site team, vendors, and clients

  • Maintain project files, records, and documentation

  • Follow up on work schedules, site updates, and reports

  • Assist in billing, invoices, and basic MIS reports

  • Ensure smooth communication between departments

  • Support management in day-to-day operational tasks

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma (any stream)

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

  • Experience in architecture / construction firm is a plus
