Modular Kitchen Site Supervisor & Measurement Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites for site measurement of modular kitchens and furniture.

• Take accurate measurements of walls, height, width, depth, windows, doors, beams, columns, plumbing and electrical points.

• Prepare and maintain site measurement sheets with all required dimensions.

• Understand kitchen layouts, drawings and basic furniture designs.

• Coordinate with the designer, factory/production team and installation team.

• Supervise modular kitchen installation work at the site.

• Check that cabinets, shutters, countertops, hardware and accessories are installed according to the approved design.

• Identify site issues and provide practical solutions.

• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, finishing and quality of work.

• Coordinate with customers regarding site-related requirements and installation schedules.

• Take site photos and share regular updates with the office/team.

• Check material delivered at site and report any shortage or damage.

• Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.

• Maintain proper records of measurements, site visits and installation progress.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of modular kitchen and furniture work.

• Good understanding of site measurements and dimensions.

• Ability to read basic 2D/CAD drawings is preferred.

• Knowledge of carpentry, hardware, plywood/MDF and kitchen accessories will be an advantage.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Able to coordinate with multiple teams.

• Must be comfortable travelling to customer sites.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp for reporting.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
