Modular Kitchen Designer

Designing & Site Supervision Responsibilities:

·         Client Consultation: Understand client requirements, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences.

·         Concept Development: Create mood boards, layouts, and initial design concepts.

·         Technical Drawings: Produce detailed plans, elevations, and 3D visuals using software (like IMOS).

·         Material Selection: Choose finishes, fixtures, appliances, and fittings.

·         Documentation: Prepare accurate manufacturing/installation drawings and bill of quantities (BOQ). 

·         Project Coordination: Manage daily site operations, timelines, and workflow.

·         Team Management: Supervise carpenters, fitters, and other workers, assigning tasks and training.

·         Quality Control: Ensure work meets design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.

·         Problem Solving: Resolve on-site issues, technical challenges, and material discrepancies.

Key Skills:

·         Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, MS OFFICE & 3D).

·         Strong understanding of modular Kitchen Wardrobes, Interiors and finishes.

·         Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
