Job Title: Kitchen Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. The role involves working closely with clients to design functional, stylish, and customized kitchen layouts. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, knowledge of kitchen fittings, materials, appliances, and a passion for creating spaces that combine aesthetics with practicality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.

• Develop detailed kitchen design plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations using CAD/design software.

• Recommend suitable materials, finishes, fixtures, and appliances.

• Ensure designs optimize functionality, space utilization, and workflow (ergonomics).

• Provide cost estimates, quotations, and product specifications.

• Collaborate with contractors, installers, and suppliers during project execution.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and industry best practices.

• Stay updated on latest design trends, materials, and technology in kitchen design.

• Manage multiple projects within deadlines and client expectations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of kitchen design principles and space planning.

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020 Design, or similar).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creativity with attention to detail and functionality.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

• Sales skills to promote products and close client deals (preferred).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Proven experience (1–1 years) as a Kitchen Designer or Interior Designer.

• Knowledge of kitchen appliances, fittings, cabinetry, and finishes.

• Portfolio of previous design projects is highly desirable.
