Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Modular Kitchen Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Design Consultation

Conduct initial client meetings to understand requirements, lifestyle, and budget.

Present design concepts and effectively convert inquiries into confirmed orders through persuasive communication and technical expertise.

Guide clients through material selection (finishes, hardware, and appliances).

2. Technical Site Management & Measurement

Visit project sites to take accurate measurements and assess plumbing/electrical points.

Coordinate directly with carpenters and contractors on-site to ensure structural feasibility.

Identify potential site challenges and provide immediate design solutions.

3. Design & Documentation

Create comprehensive kitchen layouts and functional designs using KCD.

Develop high-quality, photo-realistic 3D visualizations to help clients visualize the final space.

Produce detailed 2D technical drawings, floor plans, and elevations in AutoCAD for production and installation teams.

4. Operations & Billing

Prepare an accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and cost estimations for every project.

Ensure all order specifications are correctly documented for the manufacturing unit.

5. Digital Presence & Content Creation

Capture high-quality photos and videos of ongoing and completed site projects.

Manage Instagram posting by creating engaging content (Reels, Stories, and Posts) to showcase the brand's portfolio and design journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in the modular kitchen industry.

Software Proficiency:

KCD (Expert level for kitchen-specific design).

AutoCAD (Advanced level for detailed technical drafting).

3D Modeling Software (SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max, or similar).

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of modular carcass systems, hardware (Hettich, Hafele, etc.), and kitchen ergonomics.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client handling and social media management.

Mobility: Must be willing to travel to various sites for measurements and supervision.
