Job in brief: Hiring for experienced Mechanical Draftsman to join our design team. The candidate will support the preparation of detailed 2D drawings and shop drawings, Floor plans, Site maps,Asbestos survey, Piezoelectric surface creation etc. for precast and GFRC(Glass Fibre ReinforcedConcrete) products  products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.

Factory Office Address: A1 MIDC Jejuri, Taluka Purandar, District Pune-412303

Annual CTC: Maximum Rs 2.4  LPA or Rs 20000 per month + Free Accommodation is provided

Work Model: Work from Office and 6 days’ a week with Sunday Working and weekly off on weekday

Minimum Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE Engineer Mechanical having knowledge and minimum 2 years of experience in  preparing, reading and interpreting engineering drawings

ITI Draftsman (Mechanical ) with minimum 3  years experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, preparing, reading and interpreting engineering drawings can apply

Key Skills :

—   Strong knowledge of engineering drawing principles. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and Preparing 2D & 3D drawings of the product

—   Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D Drafting) and in designing accurate and detailed drawings for mechanical products

—   Basic knowledge of Revit / SketchUp /Solidworks (preferred but not essential).

—   Knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) for Bill of Materials(BOM)& reporting.

—   Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.

—   Willingness to learn precast & GFRC industry-specific drafting standards.

—   Customer interaction and support ,good communication skills

—   Team player and coordination

—   Planning and organisation

Responsibilities:

—   Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings for precast concrete and GFRC components (panels, cladding, slabs, beams, columns, etc.).

—   Interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings and convert them into production/shop drawings.

—   Create detailed drawings with dimensions, sections, reinforcement detailing, and connections as per engineer’s input.

—   Assist in preparing Bills of Materials (BOM) from drawings.

—   Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation.

—   Coordinate with design engineers, site engineers, and production supervisors to clarify requirements.

—   Ensure accuracy and timely completion of drafting tasks.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
