This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in Special Purpose Machine (SPM) Design, Jigs & Fixtures, Automation Equipment, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Machine Design, Manufacturing Drawings, and Project Execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Design Special Purpose Machines (SPM), Jigs, Fixtures, and Industrial Automation Systems.
• Prepare detailed 3D models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Develop innovative machine concepts based on customer requirements and manufacturing processes.
• Select suitable mechanical components, pneumatic cylinders, sensors, motors, bearings, gearboxes, and other bought-out parts.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, production, fabrication, machining, and assembly teams.
• Support machining, fabrication, assembly, machine trials, and testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during manufacturing and project execution.
• Independently manage assigned projects from concept design to successful completion.
• Support installation, commissioning, and final customer approval when required.
• Maintain project drawings, revision records, engineering documentation, and technical files.

Candidate Requirements
• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in SPM Design, Jigs & Fixtures, Automation Machine Design, or Industrial Equipment Design.
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar 3D CAD software.
• Good understanding of machining, fabrication, GD&T, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in preparing manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and machine assemblies.
• Ability to independently execute projects from concept to commissioning.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
