JR Architect/ Landscape designer

Job description:

Develop innovative landscape design concepts aligned with client requirements and site conditions
Prepare detailed landscape drawings, plans, and specifications
Create high-quality 2D and 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentations
Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental assessments
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design integration
Select appropriate plant species, materials, and landscape elements
Ensure designs comply with local regulations, sustainability standards, and best practices
Revise designs based on feedback and project constraints
Support project execution by coordinating with site teams and conducting site visits
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and sustainable design practices

Required Design & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong skills in 3D modeling, rendering, and presentation development
Knowledge of GIS tools and landscape analysis software (preferred)
Understanding of irrigation design and grading concepts
Ability to read and produce technical drawings and construction documents.
