About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Assistant Architect with 3–5 years of experience in architecture and interior design projects. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, technically sound, and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously — from concept development to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior architects and design team to develop innovative design solutions.

• Prepare and review concept drawings, working drawings, and presentation sets.

• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.

• Assist in material selection, BOQs, and specifications for architectural and interior works.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure quality standards.

• Prepare 3D visualizations, layouts, and mood boards to effectively communicate design ideas.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Photoshop, and other softwares.

• Strong understanding of design principles, detailing, and construction methodology.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
