Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect / Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural drafting, working drawings, 3D modeling, and rendering. Freshers with a strong portfolio and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD.

• Develop 2D and 3D designs based on project requirements.

• Create 3D models using SketchUp.

• Produce high-quality architectural renderings and visual presentations.

• Assist in design development, space planning, and project documentation.

• Coordinate with senior architects and project teams for design execution.

• Revise drawings and designs based on client and project requirements.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of working drawings.

• Good knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modeling.

• Good rendering and visualization skills.

• Understanding of architectural design principles and construction drawings.

• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification

• Diploma in Architecture or B.Arch.

• Fresher or up to 3 year of relevant experience.

Preferred

• Immediate joiners.

• Candidates with a portfolio showcasing CAD drawings, SketchUp models, and renderings.

Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience
