Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect/Interior Designer to join our team. The candidate will assist in design development, preparation of drawings, and coordination with senior architects and consultants. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various stages of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conceptual design, planning, and development of architectural/interior projects
Prepare drawings, layouts, 3D models, and presentations using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
Support in preparation of working drawings and construction details
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors
Conduct site visits and assist in site supervision when required
Help in material selection and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

(B.Arch, B.Des)
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools
Basic understanding of construction techniques and materials
Strong design sense and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or prior experience in an architectural firm
Knowledge of rendering and visualization tools
Familiarity with local building codes and standard
