Role Purpose
We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join our design team and contribute to live interior and architectural projects. The role offers hands-on exposure across design development, detailing, and execution support within a studio-style, design-build environment.
You will work closely with senior architects and project teams, supporting drawings, material exploration, and site coordination—gaining a practical understanding of how design decisions translate into well-built spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of design concepts, drawings, and presentations
Assist in preparing working drawings, construction details, and GFC sets
Participate in site visits, measurements, and execution coordination
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams to support project progress
Research and document materials, finishes, and product specifications
Create 3D models, renders, and visualisations for internal and client use
Maintain project documentation, drawing logs, and basic checklists
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognised institution
6 months–3 years of experience in architecture or interior design projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office
Working knowledge of rendering tools such as 3ds Max, Lumion, or V-Ray (Revit is a plus)
Basic understanding of site execution, detailing, and materials
Strong design sensibility with attention to proportion, finishes, and build quality
Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams
