Junior Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. The candidate will support the design and execution team in preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, and on-site coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced architectural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist senior architects in design development, working drawings, and project coordination.

·         Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D views using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, etc.

·         Work on residential, commercial, and interior projects.

·         Prepare BOQs, area statements, and basic estimates.

·         Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for execution support.

·         Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and progress tracking.

·         Ensure design compliance with local by-laws, building codes, and project specifications.

·         Maintain project documentation and drawing records properly.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).

·         Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

·         Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar tools is an advantage.

·         Basic understanding of materials, construction methods, and detailing.

·         Good communication and coordination skills.

·         Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.

·         Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
