Job description:

l

* Prepare detailed working drawings, including interior layouts, plumbing, and electrical plans.

* Develop architectural 3D models using SketchUp for visualization and design presentations.

* Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.

* Plans and programs layout of projects,coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.

* Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and and other softwares.

Qualifications--

* Degree in Architecture or a related field or interior designer degree

* Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations

* Attention to detail and a creative mindset

* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends.
