Urgent requirement of Junior Architect for Healthcare projects
About Us:
We are a leading healthcare consultancy firm specializing in providing comprehensive turnkey solutions for the establishing healthcare facility.
Job Summary:
The Architect will be responsible for the development of architectural designs for greenfield/ brownfield projects, working closely with senior architects and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Design Development: Develop innovative architectural designs and drawings for various categories of healthcare facilities.
2) Project Support: Support senior architects in design, project coordination and documentation and other related tasks.
3) Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve issues, ensure adherence to plans and gather necessary data.
4) Coordination: Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
5) Design Software:Create detailed architectural layouts, drawings, models, including floor plans, elevations
6) Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to healthcare regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
7) Material Selection: Recommend appropriate materials and finishes, considering durability and cost-effectiveness.
8) Project Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and documentation to deliver projects within deadlines.
