Job Title: Junior Architect (Work from Home)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models.

• Work on design concepts, schematic drawings, and presentations.

• Support senior architects in project planning, detailing, and documentation.

• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and clients through online meetings.

• Prepare BOQ, technical drawings, and material specifications.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.

• Participate in design discussions and contribute creative ideas.

• Update project progress reports and maintain design records.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop (or similar design software).

• Good understanding of building design, space planning, and construction detailing.

• Strong visualization and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Stable internet connection and personal laptop/desktop.
