Job Description

The Interior Supervisor is responsible for supervising interior furnishing and installation work at project sites. The role includes coordinating with clients, vendors, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and according to company specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the installation of curtains, blinds, wallpapers, upholstery, flooring, and other furnishing products.
Plan and monitor daily site activities and allocate work to installation teams.
Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, measurements, and client requirements.
Conduct site inspections and verify quality before project handover.
Coordinate with the sales, production, and logistics teams for timely material delivery.
Maintain proper records of site progress, material usage, and workforce attendance.
Resolve site-related issues and communicate updates to management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Interact professionally with clients and provide regular project updates.
Report project status, delays, and completion milestones to the Project Manager.
