Job Description

Zenway Spaces is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day execution of residential and commercial interior projects.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising workers and vendors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are executed according to approved designs and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day interior site execution and supervision.

• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling teams and other vendors.

• Understand and execute work according to approved 2D/3D drawings.

• Take accurate site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.

• Monitor workmanship and maintain quality standards.

• Coordinate with Interior Designers and Project Managers for smooth project execution.

• Track materials required at site and avoid unnecessary wastage.

• Maintain daily site progress reports with photos and updates.

• Follow up with vendors and workers to ensure work is completed on schedule.

• Identify site-level issues and report them to the Project Manager.

• Ensure proper installation and finishing of modular furniture, electrical, ceiling, painting and other interior works.

• Maintain cleanliness and basic safety standards at project sites.

• Attend client/site meetings whenever required.

• Manage multiple project sites when required.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in interior site supervision/site execution.

• Good knowledge of residential interior works.

• Ability to understand interior drawings and measurements.

• Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes and furniture installation is preferred.

• Good vendor and labour management skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp reporting.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Must be willing to travel to different project sites across Hyderabad.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
