We are hiring for Interior Site supervisor in Youngstone Projects India LLP.

Job description:

Role: Interior Site Supervisor (Commercial Projects)
Industry: Architecture / Interior Design & Built – Turnkey Contracting
Work Type: On site work – Pan India

Working Location: Mumbai
Current project location: Dadar and Borivali

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: INR 35,000 to 45,000 per month (Based on experience)
Experience: 5 to 8 years in the same industry

Job Description:

• Coordinate the management of manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.

• Supervise civil, electrical, and interior work.

• Manage ground-level workers effectively.

• Interpret and execute technical drawings accurately.

• Conduct weekly and monthly reviews and prepare reports on materials and work progress.

• Adhere to project budgeting guidelines.

• Demonstrate conceptual and technical understanding of various interior design aspects.

• Ensure quality control in compliance with specifications.

• Engage in client communication and interaction.

• Plan and execute work in an organized and timely manner.

• Prepare comprehensive Project Close-Out Reports.

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations.

• Establish and monitor project goals; schedule and track tasks.

• Possess proficiency in computer usage.

• Interpret 2D and 3D drawings effectively.

• Manage snag work within specified timelines.

• Coordinate sign-offs with relevant stakeholders.

• Provide guidance and instructions to workers for daily activities.

• Ensure both quality and quantity standards of production.

• Arrange necessary materials, machinery, tools, and components.

• Source vendors for various tasks based on quotations.

• Attend project meetings and liaise with logistics for material deliveries.

• Handle escalations following the escalation matrix.

• Seek approvals from seniors as required.

• Supervise site operations to ensure adherence to schedules.

• Explain technical requirements to team members effectively.

• Provide constructive direction to execution partners to ensure quality performance.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to prevent delays.

• Compile and submit interim and final checklists and reports to management.

• Act as an intermediary between clients and designers, addressing deviations according to company principles.

• Manage site escalations professionally.

• Preferably experienced in implementing interiors for high-end premium villas/residential projects.

Requirements and Skills:

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the Architecture/Interior Design industry.

Strong technical understanding of interior design aspects.

Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of managing high-end commercial, coworking, retail projects.

Proficiency in computer applications related to project management.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
