Job Description

We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out work.
Candidate along with experience in interior work and having civil work exposer will be given preference.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors.
Monitor manpower, materials, and site progress to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct quality checks, verify measurements, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Resolve site issues, strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
