Job Description

Xtord Designs is looking for experienced and proactive Site Supervisors to manage and execute interior and architectural projects on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure quality workmanship, adherence to drawings, timely execution and smooth coordination between teams, vendors and clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design
Minimum 2–5 years of site supervision experience (interiors preferred)
AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory
Read, interpret and work directly from AutoCAD drawings

Experience with residential, commercial or builder-floor projects
Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials and execution processes
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on-site
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to travel locally for site visits
