Interior Site Supervisor

At Xtord Designs, we create timeless, luxury spaces through thoughtful design and flawless execution. We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor who is passionate about craftsmanship, quality, and delivering exceptional on-site experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution of premium residential and commercial interior projects.

• Ensure site execution aligns with design intent, technical drawings, and quality standards.

• Coordinate seamlessly with designers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and skilled labour.

• Monitor workmanship, material quality, project timelines, and site safety.

• Resolve on-site challenges efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of finish.

• Prepare daily progress updates and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in luxury interior fit-out or architectural site execution.

• AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, joinery, false ceilings, flooring, lighting, and bespoke detailing.

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to read and execute detailed working drawings with precision.

• Professional attitude with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.

• Experience handling premium villas, residences, hospitality, or commercial interiors will be an advantage.
