• 1. Interior Project Delivery

  a. Manage layouts, lighting, and furniture for works up to ₹40 L.

  b. Deliver projects within ±5% of agreed timeline.

  2. Vendor Management

  a. Coordinate carpentry, painting, and electrical vendors; track billing.

  3. IW Management

  a. Supervise 5–10 IWs; ensure joinery and finishes meet quality benchmarks.

  4. Quality Control

  a. Close snags within 2 working days of identification.

  5. Compliance & Safety

  a. Ensure proper ventilation, safe chemical handling, and clear exits as per NBC India.

  6. Reporting

  a. Share daily updates, photos, and material-use reports.
