Job Overview

We4U Global is looking for a dynamic and responsible Project Engineer to manage and supervise retail fit-out project sites across India.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with site teams, vendors, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of projects while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities at project sites.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for project execution.

• Monitor project progresses and ensures work is completed within deadlines.

• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.

• Coordinate with project managers for planning, scheduling, and execution.

• Manage site workforce and contractor activities.

• Maintain site reports, documentation, and progress updates.

• Ensure smooth communication between client, vendor, and internal teams.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of construction and retail project execution

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to manage teams and handle multiple projects

• Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Language Requirement (Mandatory)

Candidates must be able to communicate in:

• Hindi

• English

• Local Language of the Job Location (Tamil / Telugu / Marathi as applicable)

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Site Supervision or Project Coordination

• At least 2 years of experience in Retail Fit-Out Projects (Mandatory)

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel across India for project work

• Ability to work in fast-paced retail project environments
