Job Description

The Site Supervisor drives on-site execution, workmanship quality, drawing clarity, workforce guidance, site discipline, site opening and closing, and material control at site. Both roles interface closely with the interior designers to ensure design intent is translated correctly into executable work.
Maintain steady site progress against the agreed schedule.

Ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, labour, tools, approvals, and subcontractors.

Deliver work to the required quality and finish standards.

Minimize rework, wastage, delays, and commercial leakage.

Create a strong communication bridge between design, procurement, subcontractors, and site execution.

Support timely billing, documentation, snag closure, and handover.
