Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor with 2-5 years of experience to oversee our residential construction project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring quality work, and coordinating between labor and management.
Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision: Supervise day-to-day construction activities on the residential site to ensure work is moving as per schedule.
Labor Management: Allocate tasks to laborers and contractors, monitor their performance, and ensure site discipline.
Material Inventory: Maintain a strict record of material inward/outward and ensure zero wastage at the site.
Reporting: Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) regarding work completed and material requirements.
Quality Check: Ensure that the construction quality meets the required standards and architectural drawings.
