Roles and Responsibilities
• A site engineer offers advice in the planning, coordination.
• Control over the contractor, vendors and site workers.
• Should be able to plan manpower and material and execution of project, monitoring and completion of project within given time and to hold an engineering mindset.
• Site engineer knowledge for Steel Structure
• Overseeing daily site activities.
• Enforcing health and safety regulations on-site.
• Managing site materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support the daily operation and construction process.
• Assist in site activities with safety and work procedures.
• Knowledge of civil material quality, site safety measures, labor control, and productivity

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience with construction safety regulations.
Minimum 6months+ years of experience in construction site engineering.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in engineering software.
Strong leadership and management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
