Position: Interior Site Supervisor
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor interior execution work at project sites.
Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, vendors, and other site teams.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor daily site progress and ensure project timelines are maintained.
Check measurements, material requirements, and workmanship at site.
Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues in coordination with the Project Manager/Architect.
Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, material records, and work status.
Coordinate with the design and project management team for drawing revisions and site requirements.
Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
Monitor safety, housekeeping, and discipline at the project site.
Conduct regular site inspections and report delays, quality issues, or deviations to management.
Ensure final finishing and execution are completed as per company and client requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
2–5 years of relevant experience in Interior Site Supervision / Interior Execution.
Good knowledge of interior construction and finishing works.
Ability to read and understand architectural/interior drawings.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to travel and work at Pan India project locations.
Ability to manage contractors and site workers.
Knowledge of materials, measurements, and site execution is preferred.
