Interior Site Supervisor

• Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

• Resource Management: Efficiently manage manpower, materials, and machinery to meet project timelines and quality standards.

• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure construction meets the required standards.

• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, material usage, and labor attendance.

• Coordination: Liaise with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in site engineering, preferably in residential or commercial construction projects.

• Technical Skilla s: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management software.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly
