Interior Site Supervisor

• Supervise and manage day-to-day interior site activities including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.

• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, contractors, and clients for seamless execution of interior work.

• Interpret and execute work as per drawings, BOQ, and material specifications.

• Prepare and maintain Measurement Book (M-Book) entries on a daily/weekly basis for all work completed.

• Validate contractor bills against M-Book records and coordinate with the accounts team for timely processing.

• Track material usage and ensure quality checks at every stage of work.

• Ensure adherence to project schedules and update daily progress reports.

• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues in a timely manner.

• Implement and maintain safety and cleanliness standards at the site.
