Job profile: An interior site supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of an interior design project at a construction site. Their responsibilities include:

Coordinating with stakeholders: Working with clients, designers, vendors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the client's specifications

Managing personnel: Overseeing and supervising project personnel

Ensuring compliance: Maintaining adherence to health and safety regulations

Monitoring progress: Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress

Communicating: Communicating effectively with clients and other stakeholders

Setting goals: Setting project goals and overseeing projects to completion

Preparing reports: Preparing interim and final reports.
