About the Role

Trance Interiors is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to manage interior fit-out projects from execution to completion. The candidate should have experience in residential and commercial interior projects and be capable of handling site activities independently.

Roles & Responsibilities

Execute interior projects as per approved drawings and project schedules.
Supervise contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site teams.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and finishing standards.
Monitor daily site progress and submit reports with photographs.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Vendors, and Clients.
Verify measurements and resolve site-related issues.
Ensure timely availability of materials and proper inventory control.
Maintain safety standards and site discipline.
Minimize material wastage and ensure cost-effective execution.
Deliver projects within the committed timeline.

Candidate Profile

Experience in commercial and residential interior execution.
Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and site processes.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and understand site layouts.
Good communication and team management skills.
Ability to handle multiple sites, if required.

Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
Graduates and Diploma holders preferred.
