Interior Site Supervisor

Job Role Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, supervising workforce, ensuring timely project execution, and maintaining safety and quality standards at the site. They act as a bridge between the project manager, contractors, vendors, and clients.

• Supervise and monitor all on-site work activities.

• Ensure daily progress as per project timeline and drawings.

• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors.

• Manage material delivery, usage, and stock on-site.

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed at the site.

• Report daily work updates to the Project Manager/Office.

• Verify measurements and assist in billing processes.

• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with clients/engineers.

• Maintain proper documentation (site diary, attendance, etc.)
