Interior Site Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations for interior/exterior projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project execution, managing labor and materials on site, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is done as per the design and timeline.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, laborers, and internal teams.

• Ensure availability and delivery of materials as per requirement.

• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and discipline.

• Conduct daily attendance and report site in/out timings of labor and staff.

• Monitor quality control and adherence to drawings and specifications.

• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

• Handle on-site problems and resolve them efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain site records – labor sheets, material logs, and daily progress reports.

• Support the billing engineer with work measurement and progress documentation.
