Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at Think Routes Advertising for Project Execution and Coordination. Supervise interior works on-site, including carpentry, painting, flooring, ceilings, partitions, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) finishes, etc. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, designers, and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹28000 - ₹40100 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily work progress and report to project managers or senior management.

• Manage the site workforce, assigning tasks, and ensuring adequate manpower.

• Handle material deliveries and inventory; ensure that required materials are available on time.

• Conduct inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with design details.

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 3 - 5 years of experience.
