Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Horticulture / Landscape Supervisor to lead and maintain the natural beauty of the property.
This role requires someone who can plan, execute, and manage landscaping operations while ensuring a healthy, visually appealing, and sustainable environment.
Plan, design, and supervise landscaping and beautification projects
Maintain lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and flowering plants Implement seasonal plantation schedules and crop rotation
Monitor plant health, irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and pest control
Develop pest & disease management practices (IPDM)
Maintain soil health through testing and corrective actions Introduce eco-friendly and sustainable landscaping methods
Oversee nursery operations including propagation and inventory
Manage procurement of plants, fertilizers, and tools
Ensure cost-effective use of resources
Lead and manage gardeners, staff, and contractors
Train teams on best practices and safety standards
Plan schedules and ensure timely execution of work
