Job Description

Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely project completion.
Check and execute work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare, verify, and maintain BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
Estimate material requirements and coordinate procurement.
Conduct site measurements and quantity calculations.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants.
Ensure quality control and safety standards at the site.
Maintain site reports, work records, and progress updates.
Verify contractor bills and subcontractor measurements.
Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Monitor labor productivity and material usage.
Assist in project planning and cost control.
