Job Title: Site Supervisor (Retail / Commercial Projects)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee execution of retail and commercial fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities across civil works, interior finishes, fixtures, and MEP (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations for retail and commercial fit-out projects
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Execute work as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines
Monitor civil, interior, fixtures, and MEP-HVAC installations
Ensure proper installation of retail fixtures, furniture, and equipment
Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and ensure accurate implementation
Maintain site safety, quality control, and compliance with standards
Track material usage and coordinate procurement requirements
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project stakeholders
Identify and resolve site issues, delays, or technical challenges
Conduct site inspections and ensure snag-free project handover

Interior works and finishing
Retail fixtures and installations
MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)

Proficiency in AutoCAD (drawing reading; basic drafting preferred)
Good understanding of site safety practices and quality standards
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience in retail chains, malls, or showroom projects
Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and billing
Familiarity with project management tools
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting)
