Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical wiring, installation, and maintenance work at interior project sites.

• Install, repair, and troubleshoot MCB, RCB, DB boxes, switches, sockets, and other electrical components.

• Ensure proper wiring for lighting fixtures, power points, appliances, and interior electrical setups.

• Conduct load calculations and ensure proper distribution across circuits.

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical diagrams.

• Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, or the need for repairs.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company procedures.

• Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers, and other technicians during interior execution.

• Perform testing of circuits and perform continuity checks after installation.

• Maintain proper documentation of work done and materials used.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or relevant technical qualification.

• Proven experience in MCB, RCB installation, single-phase & three-phase wiring.

• Strong knowledge of DB dressing, conduit wiring, panel board installation, and electrical load management.

• Ability to read electrical drawings and follow technical instructions.

• Familiar with safety protocols for construction/interior sites.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

• Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.

• Physically fit and capable of handling on-site electrical tasks.
