Supervise site activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate and manage all site activities including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, partitions, etc.
Ensure that health and safety protocols are followed on site.
Review and interpret construction drawings, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project management teams for timely delivery of materials and execution.
Daily reporting of work progress, material status, and labor deployment.
Conduct quality checks at every stage and ensure finishes meet client specifications.
Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants on a regular basis.
Maintain proper documentation – site logbooks, measurement sheets, material checklists, etc.
Assist in resolving technical issues or on-site complications.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and escalate delays to the Project Manager.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works (commercial spaces like offices, showrooms, retail, etc.)
Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and civil drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
Familiarity with construction safety protocols.
Basic understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services.
Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project tracking tools.
Previous work in commercial interior fit-outs, such as corporate offices, retail outlets, or hospitality spaces.
Experience managing multiple vendors and subcontractors simultaneously.
Hands-on experience with civil and finishing works.
