Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate and manage all site activities including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, partitions, etc.

• Ensure that health and safety protocols are followed on site.

• Review and interpret construction drawings, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions.

• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project management teams for timely delivery of materials and execution.

• Daily reporting of work progress, material status, and labor deployment.

• Conduct quality checks at every stage and ensure finishes meet client specifications.

• Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants on a regular basis.

• Maintain proper documentation – site logbooks, measurement sheets, material checklists, etc.

• Assist in resolving technical issues or on-site complications.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and escalate delays to the Project Manager.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works (commercial spaces like offices, showrooms, retail, etc.)

• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and civil drawings.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.

• Familiarity with construction safety protocols.

• Basic understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services.

• Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project tracking tools.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in commercial interior fit-outs, such as corporate offices, retail outlets, or hospitality spaces.

• Experience managing multiple vendors and subcontractors simultaneously.

• Hands-on experience with civil and finishing works.
