Job Description

Industry: Retail | Commercial | Interior Fit-Out | Turnkey | Fixtures

Job Requirements:

Experience in Retail/Commercial Interior Fit-Out & Turnkey projects.
Good understanding of layouts, design drawings, and BOQ.
Knowledge of MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and site execution.
Ability to manage project execution from start to handover.
Strong team management, vendor coordination, and client handling skills.
Good planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in Retail, Commercial Interior Fit-Out, Turnkey, or Fixture projects.
Strong knowledge of interior execution and site management.
Good understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity verification, and material planning.
Hands-on knowledge of MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting coordination.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Excellent vendor and subcontractor coordination experience.
Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel (MS Project knowledge is an added advantage).
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
